One of my beefs here is how lazy the staff working the casino are. I like that the casino is roomy there is no such thing as to close together like Augustine.
Management needs to address these problems as these are things you would not expect from a casino buffet.įamily and myself we come often for the generous freeplay. We felt the food quality for the later seating was about 2/5 and the lunch at 4/5, so averaged at 3. One customer mentioned the problem to staff at the buffet and he was told this was normal. The ice cream came out very slowly and the texture was wrong. The dessert bar had no apple cobbler (as it had both apple and cherry at lunch), and the soft ice cream had a problem I believe with the mixture ratio. At supper some salad bar items were out, the fish was overdone and dry, possibly done for lunch and held over for supper. At lunch no buns,no spoons or bowls for soup, and the breaded fish was very good. There was some selections that were out or low on both occasions. The food selection was very good with soup, salad, entrees and dessert. The price at $11.95 or $9.95 with players card is excellent value! The first time we went was at noon, and the second about 5 pm. We went to the Spotlight Prime Rib Buffet twice in the last couple of weeks.
